About Thomas

Thomas is a stunning purebred Siamese with deep blue eyes and a sleek physique. When he walks he reminds me of a panther. He is just the sweetest kitty ever. True to the Siamese breed, he likes to “chat” with you as you do your chores. He follows you around and likes to keep you company. How did such a treasure come into rescue you ask….. well sadly his elderly parents passed away. The daughter took Thomas in but her 2 cats were not happy with that and started to really bully him. And she made the heart breaking decision to allow us to find him the purrrfect loving home he deserves.
When he first came into rescue he had a very mild case of IBD. Our vet wasn’t sure if it was stress induced or type of food he was on. Thomas must stay on high quality food. Thomas also had blood work done and everything came up great.
He has a very playful side to him. Thomas loves his catnip banana. That banana doesn’t stand a chance. Thomas likes to pounce on it, bunny kick it and then tosses it up in the air. Another one of Thomas’s favorite activity is catching the bird on the string. He waits for just the right moment to catch it and once he does, he carries in his mouth with such pride.
The perfect home for Thomas is a quiet one with no other cats or maybe an older gentle cat that will not chase him. Maybe a retired couple or someone working from home would be great.
Thomas is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect.
He currently lives with his foster family in Salinas.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!
