Adopted by Wendy
Adoption fee for both cats $350
Moose and Bear MUST be adopted together. There are NO exceptions. See Bear here
Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is helping facilitate the adoption of these cats though our Owner Placement Program. We take no responsibility for the health and medical records of this cat. It is the responsibility of the owner and adopter to discuss this.
Moose (and Bear) is NOT in a Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue foster home, but residing with my current owner in Alameda. Adoption fee applies. Find out more about Owner Placement Cats.
Me, Moose, and my brother Bear use to live in a home with people. I am a big 13 pound Lynx Point Siamese and Bear, is a Seal Point. One day, when we were still quite young, they decided to send us outside to live. The nice neighbor with the safe deck began helping us. She has been putting food out for us to eat for about 3 years. Did you know that is almost 18 cat years? Then one day Bear got an injury. The neighbor asked her friend if she knew a way to get us the medical help Bear needed. She said she sure did and off we went to the Vet’s office. I told Bear to be brave. I always look out for him because he worries about things. The vet said Bear had an abscess and would take care of it right away. Then we both got some ‘jabs’. We had blood drawn and tested, then vaccinations and microchips! And I thought this was just going to be a visit for Bear. But that’s okay, we found out we are healthy cats! Yay !
We have always been together, even when we were put outside to fend for ourselves we stayed together. We have promised each other we will stay together forever. Our caregiver says I am very sweet, just a big Marshmallow. Maybe that’s because I like to be petted, sit on laps and enjoy being brushed. It’s just fine with me to have my nails trimmed. We like living inside a cozy house with soft places to rest and sleep. Bear and I would like to be the only cats. We haven’t lived with children or other animals. Maybe kind, respectful children over 3 feet tall would be okay. A cat friendly dog might be okay too. I pretty much just like to chill on a couch, that’s because I am a cool cat. Love, Moose
My foster mom says I am neutered, vaccinated, FELV tested, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect. They say that’s good!
I currently live with my owner in Alameda.
Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats (like me) with qualified adopters who will cherish me and create an ideal forever home.
If you believe you’re my perfect adopter please explain why in the comments section of my Adoption Application, and contact Pam at cheemers@gmail.com or 541-290-8408. If you are unable to reach Pam please email info@purebredsplus.org.
NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!
