About Luka

Born ~4/27/2017, M, Mitted Flame Point Ragdoll Mix

Luka is a big fluffy boy! He loves to sit beside you or on your lap, once he gets to know you. He needs to be the King of his home, so being the only pet is the only choice for Luka. He will also walk on a leash with his harness on. He enjoys it!

He likes to investigate his surroundings and check out every nook and cranny. He can’t get lost really, as he is too big to crawl into little spaces. His light blue eyes are gorgeous, and he looks directly at you when you speak to him. He will meow to converse with you, especially if he wants his breakfast or dinner! He loves his food, so you must be careful about the amount you feed this fellow.

Luka requires a cat knowledgeable home, as he is a friendly guy, but will let you know when he has had enough brushing, petting, and attention. If you are not noticing his warning signs, you might receive a scratch. Then he will strut off to curl up on his own. So a home with young children is not the right place for Luka. But he does enjoy human companionship, he likes to follow you around and always be near his people. Can you offer this gem a loving forever home? He will brighten each and every day!

Luka is neutered, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect.

He currently lives with his foster family in Carmichael.

Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home.

If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Luka please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Laurie at lcrystalormsby@gmail.com or (916) 799-2040. If you are unable to reach Laurie please email us at info@purebredsplus.org.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!
