About Georgio

Born 11/15/2018, M, Sable Burmese Mix

Georgio is a big handsome Burmese mix. He is a rich dark brown with some cream color around his neck. Burmese cats carry surprising weight for their size. Their coats are short and close lying, and they have a very silky texture. They need very little grooming, just a lot of petting and love. They are extremely people – oriented companions. Their personalities are almost dog like . They will follow you from room to room, and they greatly desire to give and receive affection. Being one of the most trusted cat breeds, Burmese should never be allowed outside. They are outgoing and fearless, knowing nothing of the possible dangers lurking outside.

Georgio Has gorgeous blue eyes and looks directly at you when you talk to him. He enjoys conversing with you! He enjoys other calm cats and really likes the foster’s dog. He came up to greet her when she entered the foster bedroom. He is quite the character and loves to play, chasing feathers on a string or chasing the laser light. He also loves his catnip mouse. He would do best in a home where someone is around most of the time. He definitely likes having company.

Georgio is neutered, vaccinated, FELV tested, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect.

He currently lives with his foster family in Carmichael.

Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home.

If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Georgio please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Laurie at lcrystalormsby@gmail.com or (916)799-2040. If you are unable to reach Laurie please email us at info@purebredsplus.org.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!
