About Fiona
Born ~9/1/2020, F, Maine Coon Mix
This beautiful brown and ginger girl is as beautiful as she is sweet, kind natured and playful. She enjoys long pets and has learned lap time is something very awesome! Fiona is still working on her confidence and can be cautious if approached too quickly but as her confidence grows she is learning that twirling around your legs and having sweet conversations with you is what makes her happiest!
Fiona had a bit of a rough start in life and is still somewhat cautious with new situations but quickly warms up once she knows you will treat her with love and kindness. Once she’s comfortable, she loves to rub up against your legs, play with strings, wand toys and just enjoying pets and love. Fiona is very much the girly girl with the sweetest little girl voice ever, but shes not overly chatty. She loves to watch kitty “tv” and will chatter when it gets exciting and enjoys napping in the sun in addition to playing with the other foster kitties.
Fiona’s foster family has all sorts of other furry creatures she gets along with and has been around a dog. We think Fiona would love a somewhat mellow, cat savvy home with a kitty friend. While she isn’t exactly an extrovert on the initial meeting, she is affectionate, loves to purr and once she gets her bearings and gets to know you, she will shine her little love light on you to no end!
Fiona is spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect.
She currently lives with her foster family in Sacramento.
Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home.
If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Fiona please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Dayna at meandmyfosters@outlook.com If you are unable to reach Dayna please email us at info@purebredsplus.org.
NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!
