About Cocoa
Adopted by Kari
Cocoa has been confirmed as positive for FeLV, so she needs to be adopted as a single girl which she is now, or go to a home with other positive kitties. She is not letting that slow her down. She is a healthy and happy kitten, looking forward to a long life ahead.
She is polydactyl, meaning she has an extra thumb on each of her paws. Making the impression of cute mitten hands. Being polydactyl also means she is very agile and a great jumper. She is curious and loves to play.
Cocoa is a warm and gentle tortie girl. She can be shy at first but as you get to know her she loves to be around people. While you watch television on the coach, she loves to snuggle up with you. She also loves to sit on your lap.
She is perfectly littertrained with no accidents reported. She loves both dry and wet food. She is a lovely girl and a joy to love and she would love to share your home. .
Cocoa is spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect.
She currently lives with her foster family in Oakland.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!
