Zecora is a very loving and beautiful Ocicat. She is a quiet girl and meows softly to say hello. She looks like a wild cat, with her beautifully spotted coat. If you want more information on Ocicats, check out the summary of this breed on the Cat Fancy Association website that follows: https://cfa.org/ocicat/

She adores humans and is very friendly to all. Zecora is most joyful being around her people, especially her foster’s son. She kneads on him and rubs against him as soon as he enters her room. She also likes the foster’s poodle, that is a cat-friendly dog since he lives with two family cats. But she does not like being around other cats.

She loves to be held and petted. She enjoys being brushed, even though her short coat requires very little maintenance. She will greet you at the door and follow you around hoping for your attention. Her temperament is quite dog-like, she wants to spend her time near you and be on your lap! She is very playful and enjoys chasing items, especially balls and catnip mice. Check out her video!

Zecora really is a treasure, a wonderful cat. She deserves a fabulous forever home as the only pet or with a cat-friendly dog to keep her company when her humans are away. When you meet her, you won’t forget her. She is absolutely amazing!

Zecora is spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect.

She currently lives with her foster family in Carmichael.

Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home.

If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Zecora please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Laurie at Lcrystalormsby@gmail.com or 916 799-2040 . If you are unable to reach Laurie please email us at info@purebredsplus.org.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!
