About Zachary

Born ~7/19, M, Flame Point Siamese

The last photo below is the first picture we took of him after we brought him home from the shelter. He was 2 pounds. He just lay nestled in a human hand, totally relaxed. That is typical of this lovely boy, he is very trusting. I think he was also happy to have been brought out of his stainless steel cage in the shelter. This tiny little boy was there all alone.

It seems as if he is Casanova’s brother but I do not know if that is true. I got them at the same time in two cages near each other. In foster these two boys have always been housed together and they are best of friends, same age, same size, same loving nature. Different colors. Siamese kitties are all largely white when they are born. They develop their colors during their first year of life. Zach’s colors have hardly come in though his tail shows his flame point nature.

Zachary loves to explore everywhere. He is a busy little kitten, curious and mischievous. He loves balls and mice and feather wands. Everything. Then when you hold him he relaxes into the pleasure of your hands. He is wonderful.

It would be great if he and Casanova could go home together but that is not a hundred percent essential. Zach would be fine with respectful, gentle children well above toddler age. I don’t know how he is with dogs. He is comfortable with other kittens and cats. As one of the super sensitive Siamese breed Zach will bond deeply with his humans. He will be some family’s treasure.

Zachary eats wet and dry food and is litterbox perfect.

His foster mom is Harriet in Santa Cruz.
