About Tillamook

Born ~5/1/19, M, Classic Tabby Maine Coon mix

They say Tillamook isn’t fancy, just perfect. We’d have to agree with the perfect part for sure! Tillamook and his siblings were found at a dairy, of all places. He’s as sweet as ice cream, thus his name. Tillamook is the perfect combination of loving yet playful with a gentle, kind nature. He enjoys lying beside you and getting head and belly rubs or he will help supervise by sitting on your shoulders nuzzled up to your cheek. In addition to his soulful eyes and sweet nature, he has a beautiful, soft, medium coat that is extremely easy to maintain with grooming once a week at the most.

Tillamook’s foster family has all sorts of other furry creatures he gets along with, even the Border Collie Gracie, so a family with another playful and loving kitty may be best. Tillamook rarely talks but when he does, it is in a very soft voice. We think Tillamook would flourish with an active yet low key home with a younger playmate. A family that would love a playful and charming sidekick companion and supervisor who would cherish his loving and playful ways and would continue to help him flourish.

Tillamook is up-to-date on his vaccinations, neutered, FeLV tested, dewormed, microchipped and uses his litter box perfectly. He has a fairly simple diet of both canned and dry food and loves the occasional treat too, though he would eat them instead of real food.

Tillamook currently lives with his foster family in Sacramento.

If you are looking for a best friend, a companion, and a perfect supervisor who always has you in mind and give back all the love you give him, he would love to have you as his forever family!

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interest!
