About Tesoro
This is such a sweet little boy. Tesoro was the runt of the litter and stayed little for a while. It took him a bit of time to get all his wheels on the ground. Then suddenly he grew quickly into a big , happy boy. Actually he was always a happy boy and he was always super beautiful. And irresistible. And look at him now- such a perfect little kitten. He is bonded with his calico sister, Kamie. They play together and sleep together and they need to stay together when they go home.
What a pink nose this tender little fellow has ! It matches his very pink ears and pink toe “beans” (toe pads). The rest of him is soft, silky fur of either red or white. His blue eyes have been turning green. His fluffy tail is all red and very long. He has extravagant white ear hair oddly enough called “ear furnishings”.
You know what calico kitties are like – they are females sure of themselves and their place in ruling the world . Tesoro, whose name means treasure in Italian, is a tender kitten. He is sweet natured and loving. His confident bigger sister, Kamie watches over him and I think he relies on her. Tesoro is very relaxed with humans and comfortable being held. He loves to cuddle except when he really wants to be romping about playing. He is at the age where running is about the most fun thing in the world.
This beautiful boy will be a long term delight to his new family.
Please remember Tesoro will only be adopted with his sister Kamie.
Tesoro eats wet and dry food and is litter box perfect.
His foster mom is Harriet in Santa Cruz.
Contact Harriet at (831) 336-2983 or email: harrietkitty@comcast.net if you have questions, or send an Adoption Application. If you are unable to reach Harriet by phone or email, email us at Info@purebredsplus.org.
NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interest!
