About Sterling

Adopted by Elisa and Jacob

Sterling is a lovable Scottish Fold. He has a soft plush coat and gorgeous copper eyes. He is very friendly and enjoys contact with people. He wants your attention as soon as you walk into the room. He will walk between your legs and rub up against you. He just wants you to stop moving and pet him!

He is quite playful. He loves chasing feathers on a string. But they won’t last long! He jumps up to grab them and takes them apart. He really enjoys sleeping in the cubby on the scratching post as well, but his foster could not get a photo of him in it. As soon as he sees her, he jumps out to greet her. He needs someone around the majority of the time. Being alone in a home for 9 plus hours a day while his family works, would not be good for Sterling.

He came in to rescue with a female straight eared Scottish Fold. They get along well. Please read her bio. Her name is Fiona. They can be adopted together, but it is not essential. But moving to a new place with a friend, always makes a change easier.

Are you the family to love this sweet boy for the rest of his life? He is a darling and will bring you much joy!

Sterling is neutered, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect.

He currently lives with his foster family in Carmichael.

Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home.

If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Sterling please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Laurie at Lcrystalormsby@gmail.com or (916)799-2040. If you are unable to reach Laurie please email us at info@purebredsplus.org.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!
