Just look at handsome Sneezy as he poses in his photos. Doesn’t he look content and happy? It wasn’t always like this for Sneezy. The couple who have him saw him online and drove to Oregon to take him out of the situation he was in. There were too many animals in the home and Sneezy was not thriving nor getting the attention he needed. While being transported to his current home, he seemed to sense that his life was changing. He sat on his “foster” mom’s lap and “chilled” in typical Persian fashion, even though he smelled like urine and was full of mats. Once to his current home Sneezy was tolerant of his bath and clipping, bringing him to the adorable boy you see in his photos. He was also treated for a respiratory problem that certainly made him feel better.
Sneezy weights 6 1/2lbs. He adores being doted on and given attention. He loves being brushed. Sneezy is definitely a people kitty and would thrive best in a quieter home where he is the only kitty, having his human totally to himself. Sneezy has a sweet communicative personality and loves to be in your lap and will come when called. He does not scratch furniture. Sneezy does try to open interior doors but never tries to escape to go outside, but that will be something to watch.
Sneezy had a peeing problem in his first home, probably because he felt intimidated by the number of cats. But in Sneezy’s current home, the couple have worked with him and he uses his box 100% for pooping and 95% for peeing. So, his new owner will need patience and consistency in maintaining his box routine.
Sneezy will come to his new forever home FeLV/FIV negative, current on vaccinations, microchipped and neutered. He recently had bloodwork done and all numbers were within normal ranges. He requires the normal Persian grooming but does not have the tear stain eyes as some Persians do.
