Meet Salem and Spooky –
This adorable sister duo may start off a little shy, but once they learn to trust you, they’ll melt your heart with their sweetness. With just a bit of patience and love, Spooky and Salem blossom into the most affectionate, cuddly companions you could ask for. They truly bring out the best in each other — building confidence side by side and reminding you every day what the magic of friendship looks like.
Salem, the smaller of the two, is a tiny bundle of quirks and charm. She’s full of personality, always keeping you entertained with her funny little antics. With her soft, fuzzy, long wispy fur that sticks out in every direction, she sometimes looks like a little mad scientist who’s just had a shocking discovery — and she wears that look with pride! Salem may take a moment to warm up, but once she does, she’ll reward you with gentle affection, playful curiosity, and lots of quiet companionship.
Spooky, on the other hand, is the more outgoing sister. She’s quick to show affection and loves to be near her people. Whether you’re relaxing on the couch watching TV or working on your computer, Spooky will happily curl up next to you, purring contentedly and soaking up every cuddle she can get. She’s affectionate, loyal, and happiest when she’s close to the people she loves.
Together, these two make an irresistible pair. They play, explore, and nap side by side, and their bond is truly special. When one feels shy, the other offers reassurance; when one starts to play, the other quickly joins in. Their love for each other is heartwarming — and it spills over to anyone lucky enough to share their home.
If you’re looking for two loving, loyal companions who will fill your days with laughter, cuddles, and purrs, Spooky and Salem are the perfect pair. With a little patience and a lot of love, they’ll reward you with endless affection — and a lifetime of heartwarming moments.
Salem is spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect.
She currently lives with her foster family in West Sacramento.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!
