Rocky Bearboa (estimated DOB 09.27.22) Bearboa is still in search of his forever family. Bearboa loves getting human attention for scratches. If you like a very passive, lay back, yet athletic, very curious, silly, playful type of guy ….. here’s Rocky! Bearboa doesn’t mind being held but with a time limit because he has to make time for his toys and other shenanigans. He loves to lay on the window ceil relaxing as he people/bird watches. He is slim and active. He enjoys reaching up to hands for a treat or play. Bearboa is self-entertained & also does extremely well with respectable cats, kitttens and dogs, when introduced properly…he would be best with one cat, as a bachelor cat or the owner of a pup. Bearboa is a purrfect gentleman! He is very swift on his paws, it’s almost as if he glides over the floor
I will sometimes find Rocky resting inside the tub, his “me time”.
Because of his different set of skills from the other cats we decided to send in his DNA for testing we knew something was special about Rocky Bearboa,
he is quite a mix, including Egyptian Mau…must be where he gets his incredible agility and athletic ability! We have a snapshot of the results in his posting.
He is fully vaccinated, socialized with respectable dogs and cats, flea treated, dewormed, microchipped, litterbox trained, felv/fiv negative. His diet consists of both wet and dry kibble.
Rocky Bearboa is truly a sweet, silly, curious boy wishing for his forever home where he knows he will be given the patience to open up and be loved.
Note: I have fostered MANY cats (& dogs) throughout my years in fostering. My bios are what we experience here at home, most our fosters end up being more affectionate at their forever home which is heartwarming, we are glad to be their stepping stone as they wait for their forever home.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!
