Hi, my name is Rocky. Me and my 3 siblings were found in a cat colony in Fairfield. Because we were in a colony, they thought I was a feral kitty, so when I got “fixed” they clipped my ear. Boy were they wrong!! I am the most loving, affectionate kitty there is!
The nice people at Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue realized I was a sweetie and now I’m living the good life with my foster Mom and Dad, along with my brothers Archie and Miles and my sister Emma (she got her ear clipped too). We get to hang out here with some big kitties who live here as well as a big Golden Retriever dog.
So, what do I like to do? When I’m not sitting on a lap, I like to play and check out everything in the house. I was the 1st to venture out of my kitty room to the big house, 1st to go up the stairs and check everything out, the 1st to go say Hi to the resident kitties and the 1st to learn how to use the flap on the door to the big kitty potty room! I’m not a huge fan of the friendly dog, but I do love the resident kitties here, especially the Maine Coon kitty named Reggie. He is my best buddy!
I make friends pretty quick, but might be a little shy with my new family. Once I know you and feel comfortable, I will show you that I love being petted and will PURRRRRR and sit on your lap (you can hear my purr from across the room). I am a sucker for toys on strings and will play with them forever. Oh, I also love climbing on the kitty tree in the dining room. While I am pretty active, I still like to curl up on a lap for a pet, a snuggle, and a nap. Oh, and I REALLY love sharing my foster Dad’s lunch. He makes a sandwich and I sit patiently on his lap waiting for little bites of ham or turkey. I am very polite!
For food I like my Iams kitty kibble available to me all day long, and at dinner time I enjoy a nice dish of Fancy Feast. I’ve been neutered, chipped, and have had all my kitty shots so I am ready for my forever home!

My foster mom says I am neutered, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect. They say that’s good!
I currently live with my foster family in Rancho Murieta.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!
