Riley is a great cat! Playful, affectionate, does well in a family environment, gets along with dogs and loves his people.
Here is what Rileys’ owner says about him:
“Riley is outgoing and friendly. Riley gets along with other cats, he mostly ignores them EXCEPT our one cat Linus, who he terrorizes. Riley does not allow Linus out from under our bed and has now taken to going under bed to harass Linus.
Riley is an indoor only cat that has always lived with dogs, he has no problem with them. He will do best as an only cat due to his aggression toward another cat. Riley would be fine with respectful children. I had a home childcare until Covid. Riley wouldn’t seek them out, but would allow gentle pets. Always supervised. Being around the kids was by his choice. I don’t think he would appreciate being carried around by a child, petting would be fine.
Riley has always been litter box perfect. He loves food, his diet currently consists of wet food 2x day, and free fed kibble. He loves treats. Extremely food motivated. I use a lick mat to curb vomiting as he tends to gorge his wet food. Riley is in good health, weighing in at 12 lbs. His last exam and vaccines were April 2023.
I feel Riley will settle into his new home easily. Just feed him, love on him and he’ll be so happy. Riley is playful, foil balls, red light are his favorites and he loves perching on the cat tree.”
Riley is neutered, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect.
He currently lives with his owner in Sparks, Nevada.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!
