About Poppy
Adopted by Marie
Born ~8/19/18, F, Medium haired, Tri Colored Ragdoll mix
Poppy came into foster care very scared and untrusting of humans. She has come such a long way in just a few weeks. Although she isn’t the kitten that will run up to you right away, she is learning that humans are good to have around. For instance, when you pick her up she immediately starts to purr and loves to be brushed and petted gently. She is a very sweet, gentle little girl and she is progressing daily. She came into foster care with her foster sister, Blossom, and she would like to go home with her. Blossom takes good care of her, grooming her and playing with her when she is being a little shy about stepping up to play with others. However, if that isn’t possible then she would be fine with possibly another friendly fur companion. She gets along fine with all her foster siblings and doesn’t mind the Foster Mom’s dogs at all.
Poppy is a darling little girl and marked very unusual. She has little markings here and there on her face with a beige body and a beautiful tail that will no doubt get more beautiful as she grows. She is ready to go to her forever home.
She is litter box perfect, eats canned food and dry, she is spayed, vaccinated, tested and microchipped.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interest!
