5 Year Old, F, Purebred Savannah
Paprika is a stunning F3 Savannah. She is a retired Queen and unlike some poor Queens whose breeders don’t spend quality time socializing these wonderful creatures, her breeder did an excellent job and thus this gorgeous girl is very loving and connected with humans. Of course as happens with most cats, she will take a little time to acclimate to a stranger.
She likes to be petted and will seek out an available lap if offered. She also likes to spend time around her person(s). When she wants to get some attention, she will let you know it’s about time to pet her pretty little head or to give her some much needed and deserved back scratches.
What she doesn’t care for is being picked up and carried around like a stuffed animal. When she is uncomfortable about something, like being picked up uninvited, she will become vocal and let you know she doesn’t appreciate it. She is a gentle, easy going and non-domineering girl. She is also very playful with her feather wands and feather toys, so do plan on spending some quality time playing with her. She is not just a pretty feline to grace your home with her beauty, but will also welcome some daily play interaction.
Paprika does well with other non-aggressive cats. Her preference is that of the male species and who can blame her. She has not been exposed to dogs. Her caretaker believes she may do well with cat savvy children.
She is litter box perfect.
