Nina was acquired as a companion for Marty, a most adorable Munchkin boy. Her current owner was away from home for work 8+ hours a day, and he didn’t want Marty to get lonely and stir-crazy so he went to a shelter and brought home little Nina at 10 weeks old.

Nina’s current owner has developed allergies and his work schedule has increased so much so that he just doesn’t have enough time to provide the care these precious pets need. He has come to our organization to help find these two peas in a pod the right home where they can be afforded the human attention they deserve and where they will be doted on.

Nina is a little more skittish than Marty, possibly because she was raised for those first 8-10 weeks of life in a shelter. That is not to say she isn’t super-friendly, too, once she warms up to you. However, just be prepared that she can seem slightly jumpy at first. Because she has normal-sized legs, she is a lot more athletic and agile than her Munchkin brother.
