Hi, my name is Murphy but you can call me Murph. I look like I am always ready to go to the prom, wearing my handsome tuxedo black and white. Oh, and I wear a colorful pineapple collar! Oh, and see my cute little white mustache!
I am a stunning little “Purebred” DSH and lucky to be in the care of the PPCR family after my not-so-great start in life. I was abandoned at an apartment complex during a heavy rainstorm and luckily found by a Good Samaritan. She found my way to my foster home and I am finally safe inside with plenty of soft beds, toys and love.
I’m quite the character and adore my humans. I am a curious kitten, I love my food, my foster mom says I am high energy, I love to play in the water bowl and follow her around the house. I love to sleep in bed and snuggle. I will be your constant companion. I would do great with gentle children, a friendly dog and of course other kitties to share my life with. I am a happy playful boy ready to start my life hopefully with you!
My foster mom says I am neutered, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect. They say that’s good!
I currently live with my foster family in West Sacramento.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!
