About Mr. Meep

Born ~8/30/2020, M, Black Smoke Persian
Adoption Fee: $300

Mr. Meep is a black smoke Persian with a beautiful coat and is very special. He is a bit shy when you first meet him, but give him a few days and he will be your best friend. He will greet you at the door when you come in and follow you around asking for your attention.  He is loving and sweet and enjoys being groomed. Just show him his brush and he comes running! A big plus for any Persian! Keeping his coat in top shape is very easy.

He loves to play with balls, feather teaser toys and Q-tips. He chases felt balls and Q-tips when you throw them and sometimes brings them back to you. He also loves scratching posts. He likes to sit on the highest shelf and view his world.

He might do well with another cat that is non-dominant or a cat friendly dog. His Foster mom brought in her cat friendly small dog and Mr. Meep just looked at him from the cat post. No hissing at all. But a proper slow introduction would be essential.

The perfect home for Mr. Meep would be where someone is there the majority of the time and definitely has had Persian cats in the past. He really loves human companionship (he loves to sleep with his humans) and would not do well where he was alone for the majority of the day. He needs a family that will love and cherish him and spend a lot of time interacting with him. He is definitely a real treasure and would be a fabulous addition to the right family.

Mr. Meep is neutered, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect.

He currently lives with his foster family in Carmichael.

Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home.

If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Mr. Meep please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Laurie at or (916)799-2040. If you are unable to reach Laurie please email us at

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!
