About Meredith (& Milo)
Adopted by Jess N and Tim L
Milo and Meredith MUST be adopted together. There are NO exceptions. See Milo here.
Here is Milo’s “big sister”. She is the alpha cat of the pair. ( Milo is the goofball.) Meredith with her mint green eyes watches over Milo. She is the responsible one, more cautious, more thoughtful. She is a bit more of an old soul. Meredith takes longer to accept humans. She waits and watches a bit. When she decides you are ok she is very affectionate. She will sleep on your chest or your side and shower you with love. But she does not wear her heart on her sleeve. You have to wait and earn her trust a bit. We have not had this pair long but she has relaxed and become friendly with us fairly quickly.
I have always wanted a cat that would play fetch with me. Always. I have known cats that would fetch a ball of paper but none that would bring it back to me and drop it for me to throw again. Meredith’s mom says she will do exactly that. She finds a piece of paper – sometimes in her mom’s purse- and brings it to her mom to start the game. She races to retrieve the paper and bringing it back in her mouth to drop it at her mom’s feet. That would be so much fun. I want a video of that. Meredith loves lots of toys and she especially loves chasing a laser pointer.
Milo and Meredith are such an entertaining pair. They are young, healthy, playful cats. Some family will be so lucky to have their happy company. Meredith has to go home with her bonded young friend, Milo. No exceptions to this.
Meredith eats wet and dry food. You need to give no beef for her -it upsets her stomach. She is litterbox perfect.
Meredith is fostered in Santa Cruz.
