About Marshmallow

Adopted By Mary F.

Bonded Pair with McCloud, Special Needs

Marshmallow and his brother, McCloud, are a matched set. They are very human bonded. The boys love to play together. They can often be found in a box or on the couch snuggled up together. Both boys are beautiful, with plush white coats kept fastidiously clean. They both have some black smudges on their heads that are just different enough so you can tell the boys apart. They have been socialized with adult cats and a Labrador Retriever. They have not been around children but should be fine if properly introduced to cat savvy children.

Marshmallow is an active, happy-go-lucky kitty who loves to play with toys, but will settle for your toes or his brother’s tail. He plays hard and then loves to snuggle on your lap for a nap.

Marshmallow, like his brother, requires a limited ingredient diet to control irritable bowel problems as a kitten. He does very well on this diet as long as he stays on it.

Marshmallow was diagnosed with luxating patellas, meaning his knee caps are more mobile than normal. Occasionally he will limp for a few minutes if the kneecap moves, but the doctors have not recommended surgery. This is something that will need to be watched.

Marshmallow will come to his new home FeLV/FIV negative, current on vaccinations, microchipped and neutered.

Marshmallow is fostered in Woodland, CA.

If you would like more information, please contact foster mom, April, at aprilfieldsrvt@gmail.com or send in an Adoption Application and mention the name Marshmallow. If you are unable to reach April, email us at Info@purebredsplus.org.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interest!
