About Madeline
Adopted by Paul and Ray
This beautiful girl walked down a cat lover’s driveway and right up to the owner to wind herself around his legs, all affection and welcome. When all attempts to find her family failed, this family kept her. The cat-loving hearts of this family have caused them to end up with lots of kitties and now that the dad is having health troubles, we are helping to find homes for some of them.
It is not going to be hard to find a new home for this beautiful girl! She is such a good cat. She has been living inside only and with more cats than she would prefer. The dominant ones annoy her and it makes her cranky. (I am the same way) Maddie would be happy to be an only cat or she could get along with a gentle, non aggressive cat or two. She was a little edgy from this when she arrived in her foster home but soon showed what a nice loving girl she is. I think she liked finally having some private space of her own.
Maddie is a lap cat and enjoys the company of humans. I expect she would like to cuddle up in bed with you. She has a little bit of the diva in her as though she knows how beautiful she is. She would enjoy being catered to, pampered over and fused with too. She likes being brushed.
Maddie will make someone a wonderful, lovely companion. In her new home she will blossom and unfold herself. I look forward to her relaxing into ownership of her home and enjoying her ability to get some of the attention she perhaps has been missing. I would suggest no young children under 10 for this girl. Let’s make it all easy for her.
Maddie eats wet and dry food and is litterbox perfect.
Her foster mom is Harriet in Santa Cruz.
If you are interested in this kitty you can contact Harriet by email at harrietkitty@comcast.net. Please include at least your name, location, the name of this kitty and phone contact info. Harriet will get back to you as soon as she can. It you are seriously interested in this kitty it s a good idea to fill out an adoption application. If you are unable to reach Harriet , email us at Info@purebredsplus.org.
NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interest!
