About Louise
Born ~2015, F, Black & White Maine Coon
Look at these girls, Thelma and Louise. These two black and white girls are sisters whose mom moved away without them.I don’t know what their names were. I do know that they are big and beautiful and friendly. Big armfuls of soft warm kitty. They are lots of fun.
They were in a So Cal shelter and up for adoption. Then suddenly “CODE RED” they had to be out before the shelter closed and everyone was literally to be euthanized that Friday, 3/27. Yikes.!!!They both seem to be in great shape except someone has been chewing on Thelma’s whiskers. You can see that Thelma is white mitted which is to say she has bright white, huge feet. Her black tail is a plush plume. She has beautiful soft silky fur.
They have to go home together. No exceptions to this. Some lucky family will have this entertaining salt and pepper pair to entertain them. Thelma is a pound heavier than her sister. Louise legs seem longer. These two were shy at first having had an upsetting month of stress, packing up an apartment, life in a Shelter, transport. They are settling into their foster home and are more active and outgoing everyday.
Their paperwork says they have never been around dogs but are cat friendly. They would probably be fine with children over three feet. This black and white pair will be a visual pleasure everyday. What fun to get to know them and learn their personalities. (Please include catnip in your shopping list – oops -I mean on your amazon order). Maine Coons are known for being characters, quirky and comical. They are good family cats and tolerate a noisy environment more than many breeds.
Thelma and Louise eat wet and dry food and are litter box perfect.
They are fostered in Santa Cruz.
