Lola is a beautiful purebred Snow Mink Bengal, with lovely blue-green aqua eyes. Her coat is tan with rosettes and markings in various shades of seal mink to dark seal mink. She has darkened over time which is common.
Lola does not get along with other cats and is becoming increasingly more difficult toward the 2 other kitties in her household. Lola is unhappy with them and they are afraid of her. She must be adopted as an only cat, no exceptions.
Lola loves to be close to her human, when she feels like it. She is a “what Lola wants, Lola gets” kind of girl. She enjoys when some one is at home and also does fine home alone during normal working hours. Lola is sensitive, so a quiet place with soft spoken persons would be ideal for her. She likes a gentle touch, gentle strokes and very much loves her head petted. Her back is sensitive to touch and she signals with her tail if her ‘boundaries’ have been reached. She is not aggressive with her people. She will do best being spoken to softly, touched gently and considered as a gift for the sensitive girl she is. Lola was very shy as a young cat. So she may be shy at first in a new home. Underlying any temporary shyness is a very confident Lola. She will be definite about her boundaries and can be strong willed. As her trust in you is developed she will play with a mylar or feather wand toy, and maybe even let you lightly kiss the top of her head.
Lola needs to have day and night free access to an outdoor large secure enclosure via a cat door. She will tell you incessantly she wants to be your ‘watch’ cat if she is restricted from going outdoors to her enclosure. She wants to be in touch with nature. This is a non-negotiable requirement. She likes to climb to high places to overlook her domain both indoors and out. She eats a supplemented raw diet, Weruva brands, and probiotic, which needs to be continued. She is overweight and needs to continue a moderate weight loss plan. Lola loves food. Detailed diet information will be provided. She has impeccable litter box habits.
We are looking to re-home Lola with a soft spoken, mild mannered, breed experienced person, in a quiet, calm, home environment, with no other cats, or young children. We don’t know how she would be with a gentle, quiet, cat friendly dog. Perhaps being an only pet would be best for this beautiful Bengal girl.
Lola is spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, and is litterbox perfect.
She currently lives with her owner in Studio City.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!
