About Lily

Born ~5/2/2023, F, Blue Point British Shorthair
Adoption Fee: $300

Lily is a very sweet girl, that loves being cuddled and held. She will let you hold her and carry her around. She has light blue eyes and a soft plush coat. She is gentle, quiet and thrives on attention. She enjoys being near you when you watch TV or read a book, she will be cuddled up right beside you. She likes chasing feathers toys and her catnip mouse. She enjoys her playtime with you.

Lily was very loved by her previous owner. She was dropped off at a church. They had to go for help for a medical problem and knew they would be gone for some time. The pastor didn’t know anyone that wanted a cat, so he contacted the shelter so she could be rehomed. They called us and we were thrilled to foster this beautiful, well cared for purebred cat.

The British Shorthair is one of the oldest English cat breeds. They are known for their calm and easy going demeanor. They are dense coated, purring Teddy Bear cats. They get along with most other pets and are great family members. They are adaptable and very loyal to their owners.

Are you the right home for this beautiful young cat? A safe and loving forever home is what Lily deserves. She will bring much joy and happiness to your life.

Lily is spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect.

She currently lives with her foster family in Carmichael.

Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home.

If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Lily please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Laurie at Lcrystalormsby@gmail.com or 916 799-2040 . If you are unable to reach Laurie please email us at info@purebredsplus.org.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!
