About Koi Boy

Born ~ 3/27/18, M, Red Point Siamese

Yes, he does have a bit of a strange name. Koi fish are recognized as symbols of perseverance and endurance, as well as strength and individualism.
Little Koi Boy is sleek, elegant and quite exotic. He glides around the room with his long tubular body and slender legs. The foster mom loves the Siamese breed and is pretty smitten about this boy.
Koi Boy is a red point, often called a flame point, which is one of the standard color points in the breed. His body will stay white as his ears, paws and tail turn darker as he matures. His eyes are a brilliant sapphire blue.

You will not hear a peep out of Koi unless he wants you to pick him up and put him in your lap, or if the dinner time is approaching and he wants you to fill his bowl. He is a very mild mannered with a big heart for his humans. He is very intelligent and inquisitive. He is fun to watch as he plays with his wand toys and stuffed mice. He He has not been around dogs or small children.loves to sleep right next to you in bed. He will purr in an instant once he is in your arms.

Koi loves his buddies and would need another kitten playmate or cat buddy in his new home. He has been tested, altered, vaccinated and is ready for his new home.

Koi Boy is fostered in Davis, CA

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interest!
