This little boy is the softest color. And he has the softest, gentlest personality. He was all alone in a shelter, so frightened. Soon after we got him we found he had quite a bad abscess under his chin. Someone bit his. Hermes was so unhappily patient as we applied warm compresses and flushed his wound over and over. Yes he was also on antibiotics.
As time passes he is growing more and more lovely. His coat and his coloring are developing. He has soft medium long hair, wonderful ear hair, great whiskers. He is going to be a very beautiful and unusual armful when he is grown up.
Hermes would be happy to be an only cat. I would not recommend young children or dogs for his world. Let’s make it easy on him. What he wants is to be held and cuddled in a safe, secure, quiet home. His early beginning has not been sweet and safe enough for his tender nature. At the vet yesterday (we were getting his combo tested) he was scared and I put my hand in his cage and he came from the far end and put his head under my hand and purred and purred. He wants to be loved.
With his abscess healed and his weight up to three pounds he is ready to be spayed. Soon some lucky family will enjoy his soft, loving nature.
For more information please call my foster mom, Harriet, at (831) 336-2983 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions, or send an Adoption Application. If you are unable to reach Harriet by phone or email, email us at Info@purebredsplus.org.
NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interest!
