About Helen
Born ~4/20/2020, F, Torbi Maine Coon
Hi there. I am an FeLV positive kitten. I needed to get that out in the open right upfront. I also have three siblings that are also FeLV positive and I would love to go home with one of them or to a home with an FeLV positive kitty. Just so you know, FeLV kitties can lead perfectly wonderful indoor lives. We just need to make sure our new owners make routine yearly veterinary visits a necessity. Even though there is a possibility I might not live as long as some other kitties, I know adopting me will be a very rewarding experience with all the love and cuddles I will bring into your home.
Helen: Hello, I am Helen. I am a favorite of my foster mom. I am a total lap cat. I love to sit on my foster Mom’s lap and sleep and sleep all curled up in a ball. I am somewhat verbal and will meow when I sense you are near me. You see, I am blind. I do really well actually. I learn where things are and I seem to know where things are in my foster home. I need help sometimes to figure out how to jump out of my cat tree. My siblings kind of help me know where things are and I am able to follow them around because I know their scent. I like to play with my toys. I like toys that make noise so I can follow them when I bat them away. I have medium long hair. I am called a Torbi in color which is a Torti Tabbby. . My fur is a cozy mix of greys, oranges and brown. My eyes are kind of a brown color. Will you give me a chance at a happy life?
My foster mom says I am spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect. They say that’s good!
I currently live with my foster family in West Sacramento.
Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats (like me) with qualified adopters who will cherish me and create an ideal forever home.
If you believe you’re my perfect adopter please explain why in the comments section of my Adoption Application, and contact Leanne Thorpe at leannethorpe1959@gmail.com or 9162066525. If you are unable to reach Leanne Thorpe please email info@purebredsplus.org.
NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!
