About Georgie Cool Cat
~Born 4/12/17, M, White-Mitted Tuxedo Maine Coon Mix
Update 9/23/17: Here is Georgie Cool Cat back again. He was adopted to a very loving home with two middle aged cats. When he got to his new home he was given his own room but he was lonely to be suddenly in a new place by himself and he cried at the door. When his kind hearted new dad let him right out -with no introduction time- the two other kitties united against him. These cats just totally rejected him and were very- surprisingly- stressed out about it.( the diabetic cat started having insulin problems). Georgie was adorable and playful and slept with his dad but he was also upset to be suddenly in such a hostile cat environment. Some things just don’t work out. We are glad to have him back and given how happy he was to see his sister, Moo, we would like to send the two of them home together. He is a tender little boy. He has grown since these photo’s below. He is getting big and sparkling with health and beauty. He looks wonderful. I will get some new photos.
This little funny boy is perfect. He is such a relaxed little plump bundle of fur. Or should I say bundle of fun? He certainly is fun to photograph. He could source a cartoon page. I mean look at his whiskers in his last photo! What is he going to look like when he is grown and not such a tiny squirt? Amazing. He is great fun—the kind of kitten who makes you smile just to see him. He is a confident kitten and relaxed with humans. He will lie about in your arms unrestrained. He plays with everything. He is happy with all kittens and needs to have a kitten playmate in his new home. (Yes, I have some of his cousins who will be posted soon.)
He comes from a family that has too many cats and kittens. They love them all and socialize them very well. I am trying to help by finding great homes for some of them. Who wouldn’t want to help this boy. I went back to get him…unable to resist taking him. How could I not?
Georgie has a fluffy medium length coat and tuffs in his ears and enough whiskers for five or six kittens. He is the happiest, nicest guy. Some family will be so lucky.
He eats wet and dry food and is litter box perfect.
His foster mom is Harriet in Santa Cruz.
Contact Harriet at (831) 336-2983 or email toharrietjane@comcast.net if you have questions, or send an Adoption Application. If you are unable to reach Harriet by phone or email, email us at Info@purebredsplus.org.
NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interest!
