About George
Georgia “George” Summerfield was originally thought to be a boy. The name George just seemed to fit. Although a female, George just seem to want to remain with her original name. George is a charcoal grey tabby. She has beautiful green eyes. She makes eye contact with her humans and her eyes just melt your heart.
George was left in a park as a tiny kitten. She was found by a kind stranger. It was actually George Summerfield Park, so she was named after the park. She fit right in with this crazy household. Never being afraid to explore the house and romp with foster mom’s cats. She will cuddle with her foster mom’s dog. She has lots of energy but also will curl up in your lap. She will come to you fully vetted. She is waiting to meet her forever family.
George is fostered in West Sacramento, CA.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interest!
