About Fiona
Adopted by Meghan and Jeff
Ginger cats are wonderful. But, did you know that, while they aren’t exactly rare, only about 20% of ginger kitties are female. So, my litter of three is definitely special. In addition, because they are an Ocicat mix, they have beautiful coats and markings. All three are very active, affectionate and playful. They can all be talkers, especially when it’s time to eat. They get along extremely well and love playing together. Their athleticism becomes apparent as they chase each other around the house and up and down the cat trees. When it’s time to wind down in the evening, they can usually be found together.
Fiona is a green-eyed beauty with a vibrant orange coat. All three enjoy a snuggle, but she is the pro. She loves to nap next to me, sometimes on me, while I watch television. Rolling over on her back, she invites belly rubs and will show her appreciation of all pets with a loud purr. Often, she will follow me down the hallway, then race to jump on the bed and wait for me to give her pets. She enjoys playing on the stairs, where she will sometimes roll herself down a few steps head first. Fiona is inquisitive like her sisters and wants to know what is behind every closed door. She loves all toys, whether a spring, ball or a feather wand toy, as well as jumping in and out of boxes.
Fiona gets along well with the other foster kitties, as well as the resident cats. She is very social and will do best to be adopted with one of her sisters. Or, if you really love orange kitties, enrich your life by adopting all three. At the very least she needs to be in a home with another friendly kitty who will welcome her sweet, playful nature. Because she is active, playful and social, her new family will be willing to give her plenty of attention and playtime.
Fiona is spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect.
She currently lives with her foster family in Foresthill .
Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home.
If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Fiona please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Sharon at myfosterkittens05@gmail.com If you are unable to reach Sharon please email us at info@purebredsplus.org.
NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!
