About Kitten Electra

Born 6/19, F, White Mitted Calico Tabby

When we took Amelia into foster we gave her, for company, our smallest kitten, a cute little fluffball with vivid colors whom we named Kitten Electra. These two have lived and played together ever since. Both tiny kittens were full of life and energy. Both have grown up to be happy, curious, loving kittens. Electra is a bit like a big sister. She is a little older and also more adventurous and confidant.

Kitten Electra is a Classic Tabby which means she has circular bullseyes on each flank. Her markings are very dramatic with red tabby stripes next to brown tabby bandings. Her white feet, bib, and tummy set off all her colors. I particularly like her dark brown eye stripes that flow from her eyes to the sides of her head. This gives her a wild look but don’t let her exterior fool you, inside is a sweet and loving heart of gold. She is an affectionate girl and will come for lots of attention and cuddles… unless she is distracted by a wiggling feather or bird outside the window. She will look right into your heart with her big round golden eyes. Amelia follows her lead, plays with her and sometimes grooms her when she naps.

My first choice would be to send these two kittens home together. They make a fascinating pair of opposites. They are both cat and kitten friendly. I don’t know how they would be with dogs. They would be fine with gentle, respectful older children. Some family will be very lucky to have their entertaining companionship.

Kitten Electra eats wet and dry food and is litterbox perfect.

Her foster mom is Harriet in Santa Cruz.

If you are interested in this kitty you can contact Harriet by email at harrietkitty@comcast.net. Please include at least your name, location, phone contact info, and the name Kitten Electra. Harriet will get back to you as soon as she can. It’s a good idea to fill out an adoption application, too. If you are unable to reach Harriet, email us at info@purebredsplus.org.
