Born 2009, F. Black Main Coone Mix
Hi, I’m Ebony, a black Maine Coon mix girl with beautiful green eyes. I am a senior and need to be the only kitty in your home, the Queen of my Kingdom. I am young at heart and love to play with ping pong balls and wand toys. I also enjoy drinking from water faucets. I enjoy sitting on a lap and snuggling under the covers with you at night. I am a cuddle bug.
I’m excited to find my forever home. I was so happy the day Purebreds Plus took me in after receiving the call that no one was caring for me. But being on “the streets” for a while, my luxurious coat was quite matted and dirty. A “Lion cut” was required. I can’t wait till my coat grows back in, this is an embarrassment! When it is all grown in, I will need to be brushed often to keep my beautiful coat looking gorgeous!
I will come to my forever home litter box perfect, eating both wet and dry food and don’t forget that I love my treats! I have been diagnosed with generalized stomatitis and have had a dental. Prior to the dental I had a blood test which looked good. I take no prescription medications but as with all cats, vet care will be important in my future.
My foster mom says I am spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect. They say that’s good!
I currently live with my foster family in Elk Grove.
Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats (like me) with qualified adopters who will cherish me and create an ideal forever home.
If you believe you’re my perfect adopter please explain why in the comments section of my Adoption Application, and contact Nancy at firstname.lastname@example.org or (916)761-1929. If you are unable to reach Nancy please email email@example.com.
NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!
