About Cooter
Adopted by Nicole and Michael
Born ~May 2016, Male, Grey DSH
Meet Cooter, one of the Six Winnemucca Redneck Kittens! They had a real rough start in life and despite the odds they all pulled through with flying colors! They have a new lease on life! They are the cutest hillbilly cousins around and are learning a few “manners”! But until they do….
You might be a Winnemucca Redneck kitty….
- if you like to lay in your food dish while you eat!
- if you like a good brawl with your siblings and friends!
- if the litter box is a play zone! SCORE!
And my personal favorite….
- if you wait for your foster Mom to bend over to clean the litter box to jump on her back to get to her shoulder!
All joking aside no matter their background, we are here to give cats and kittens a chance at life, to act as a safe haven for those in need. These kittens are ones that have been given that chance…now they only need someone to love them forever.
Cooter is a lover for sure. He has soft short length multi shaded grey coat and green/grey eyes that are always happy to see you! He takes things as they come and has a super attitude about everything!
He loves playing with the other Redneck kittens, but will drop them like a hot potato and run to his foster parents for some loving. When he feels like he’s gotten enough love he will rough and tumble pouncing, running and jumping with all his siblings. He tends to be protective of Virgil and will distract the other siblings if they get to rough him. When he has had enough play and a full belly he loves to be on his foster Mom’s lap, turns on his loud purr, head butts her, rolls around on her and then passes out. He loves his time with people.
Looking for a boy that likes to cuddle and enjoys beings with people? This is the boy for you!
Cooter really wants to go home with one of his other Redneck buddies! We would like to see him go home with Virgil since they are the best of buddies. Cooter does get along with everyone!
They will come to you vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and fixed. They will be ready to go home about mid-August.
Cooter is fostered in Reno, NV.
Please call Kathy or Norton at 775-626-3518 or email tazanovakat@yahoo.com or send an Adoption Application.
NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interest!
