About Cinnamon Spot

Adopted by Franziska & Justin

~Born 12/1/16, M, Cinnamon Ocicat

Adoption Fee $275

What a lovely little boy Cinnamon Spot is! The photos show it all. He is a beautiful, happy little boy. He is a pure Ocicat and needs to be adopted with his equally beautiful Ebony Ghost Spotted Ocicat brother, Chocolate. They are a bonded pair of boys. Chocolate is a bit larger than Cinnamon but Cinnamon has been growing up a storm recently and is catching up.

Ocicats are a breed that has been carefully bred to look like spotted wild Ocelots but they have all domestic cat genes in them as opposed, for example, to Bengals who have some Asian Leopard Cat in their heritage. Ocicats have been bred from Siamese and Abyssinian and American Shorthairs. They have been shown in CFA cat shows since 1986 .They are very beautiful, athletic, medium-sized cats. These kitties need the company of other cats to be happy. Sometimes the right dog can be their companion. They are social, fun loving, active kitties. They generally like strangers and make good family cats. And yes, they are great jumpers and love high places.

Cinnamon is all about fun. He and Chocolate like nothing more than exploring and getting into trouble with all the new “ toys “ they find. They must go home together so please do not ask to split them up.

Cinnamon eats wet and dry food and is litterbox perfect.

His foster mom is Harriet in Santa Cruz.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interest!
