I am Chester, a stunning 8 1/2 yr old male Persian. I enjoy playing with feather toys, wrestling with the foster kittens in my foster home, cuddling with you in bed at night, and following you around the house. I was in a home all by myself for 8 years, but I do enjoy playtime and sleeping with my foster friends. Surprisingly, I even sleep next to the dog at night in bed. But honestly, I would be okay again as an only kitty or with fur friends. I am a very easy going boy who adapts well.
I have been in foster care since February with some skin issues due to neglect. With lots of love and vet care, that is pretty cleared up. I do require daily brushing and face cleaning. The nice vet recently discovered I have a heart murmur. You would not know it by the way I play.
I am quiet except for lovey, soft meows and enjoy both canned and wet food and come running when I hear the treats being opened. My fosters say I am a perfect boy and an absolute joy to be around.
My foster mom says I am neutered, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet food, eats dry food, and is litterbox perfect. They say that’s good!
I currently live with my foster family in Canyon Lake.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interest!
