About Cheddar
Born ~6/15/18, M, Polydactyl Orange Tabby DSH
Cheddar is a happy, playful bundle of kitten energy. He loves to play chase with his foster siblings and is always the first one to try out any new box that comes in the house. With his Catcher’s mitts always at the ready, Cheddar is all about play time. His paws are amazing, with extra toes on both the front and hind feet and he tries to use those extra toes like a thumb but luckily so far he hasn’t been able to master the door knob!
Cheddar is such a sweet, easy-going little boy. He and his brother, Colby, are always ready with a purr and a snuggle. He waits to be picked up to be taken to the breakfast room each morning and rides on his mom’s shoulder without complaint.
Cheddar and Colby (affectionately referred to as the “Cheese Balls”)would love to be adopted together, they are the best of friends! Often times they can be found lumped together on the couch taking a nap with noses, legs and tails haphazardly intertwined.
Cheddar is very human-bonded. He has been socialized with adult cats and a Labrador Retriever. He has not been around children. He has tested negative for FELV.
Cheddar is fostered in Woodland, CA.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interest!
