Meet Casper –
Casper is a charming little boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Outgoing, friendly, and endlessly entertaining, he’s the kind of cat who fills a room with joy the moment he walks in. He’s never shy about making his presence known — especially when it’s mealtime! Casper loves to use his voice, and his dramatic, drawn-out meows will remind you exactly when breakfast or dinner is running late. He’s got a lot to say, and he’s not afraid to say it!
When he’s not chatting away, Casper is all about attention and affection. He absolutely loves being doted on — pets, cuddles, and chin scratches are his love language. He’s happiest when he’s surrounded by his people (and, of course, his beloved sister Boo). The bond between these two is heart-melting; they play, nap, and explore together, and it’s clear they bring out the best in each other.
Casper may be a bit smaller than Boo, but don’t let his size fool you — this boy is lightning-fast! He’s quick, agile, and stealthy, darting around the room with kitten-like energy and impressive grace. Whether he’s chasing after a toy mouse, zooming across the floor, or pouncing from one perch to another, he’s always on the move and ready for adventure.
Once playtime is over, though, Casper transforms into the sweetest cuddle companion. He’ll curl up right next to you (or even on you) and soak up all the love and warmth he can get. His purrs are deep and soothing — a sure sign that he’s perfectly content in your company.
Casper would thrive in a loving home where he can get plenty of playtime, affection, and conversation. If you’re looking for a talkative, playful, and incredibly loving companion, Casper might just be your perfect match.
Casper is neutered, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect.
He currently lives with his foster family in West Sacramento.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!
