About Billy
Born ~04/17/2016, Male, Lynx-point Siamese Mix
Only Cat
March update: Billy continues to relax and show his personal-assistant, loving side! He’s jumping onto laps more, purring and making star-fish feet, and continuing to throw himself in front of his foster mom when she is walking so she must stop and, he hopes, pet him! Play, of course, continues! When he relaxes in his new home, he will make someone a terrific cat, but he doesn’t care to be left alone for long periods of time.
Hey, there! I’m Billy, a sensitive, shy, but fun-loving kind of guy, once I get to know you! Right now, if I’m not sleeping or lying next to my mom, my world view is “If it moves, it’s a toy”: kitty wands, my favorite, but I will take mice, pipe cleaners, you name it! You throw it; I chase it!
Mom says I don’t really like being picked up yet, although when she’s gentle, I don’t fight it, but I purr when I’m with her, and I come to her to let her know I want to be petted. I also like sleeping on her lap when she’s working at her computer. She says my fur is not only beautifully marked
but very soft ‘cause my first family took good care of me.
I was adopted out with my sister, but our human family broke up, and I’m back with my foster mom. My sister went to another household, and I’m looking for a quiet owner or owners who can spend time with me, play with me, and don’t mind being followed around. Lately, I’ve been
chasing a thrown wad of paper up and down the hall, which Mom says is necessary as I’m a few pounds overweight!
I am vaccinated, tested, microchipped, and neutered! I’m good with my litter box and I eat wet and dry food—LOVE that wet food! I’ve no experience with dogs, but quiet, gentle, older children should be OK! I‘m ok with the other cats here, but want Mom to myself, so I should probably be O.C.—that’s Only Cat!
I am being fostered in Davis, CA.
If you would like more information, please contact foster mom, Kathy, at kjr610e@comcast.net or send in an Adoption Application with your chosen kitten’s name. If you are unable to reach Kathy, email us at Info@purebredsplus.org.
NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interest!
