British Shorthairs take a keen interest in their humans activities. They are quiet and usually calm cats (except for the occasional zoomies when playing with catnip toys), but they are very intelligent. They learn your daily routine and will follow you around. With their confidence and easy going nature, they adjust quickly to new surroundings. They are good with well behaved children but tend to retreat during periods of loud noisy activity.
Ava is a beautiful petite girl. She has a soft plush coat that requires brushing twice a week to keep her looking her best. Her blue eyes will steal your heart. She is a playful girl that adores human company. Her favorite toys are her catnip carrot and chasing a feather wand, especially if you are playing with her. She will be happiest with a human around a lot of the time. She just desires to be near her human family.
This sweet cat deserves a wonderful home where she will be cherished and adored. Can you offer this darling girl the perfect forever home? She will be a wonderful addition to your home and provide you with much joy and love.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!
