About Apple

Adopted by Nicole & Darcy
Born ~5/12/18, F, White with Light Brown Turkish Angora Mix

This little girl, Apple, has an equally adorable sister, Apricot. These two bonded kittens MUST go home together. No exceptions please.

Apple is a white kitten with soft brown patches on the top of her head and on her ear. These two girls are fluffy little charmers. Both have blue eyes and both have contrasting darker tails. They are young and their coats are still growing in length and thickness. Their soft colors are still developing.

These two innocent looking girls are actually rugged, world explorers. They are full of courage, mischief and fun. Like good kittens everywhere they want to get into everything. With humans they are goodnatured and cuddly when they are not eager to race around. (when they are tired)

Both allowed us to bathe them with a rather surprised tolerance. Perhaps their probable Turkish Angora ancestry brought them the classic T.A. love of water. The bath showcased their nice round funny tummies – the sign of growing healthy girls. It was so much fun. Turkish Angoras are a very old breed known for their devotion to their families, their intelligence, their determination to have what they want and, sometimes, their mischievousness. The classic Turkish Angora cat is white or mostly white with blue eyes though many other colors are now common in cat show rings.

Apple and Apricot were brought to me by a cat lover who had a precious litter that needed homes. There are two more in this family who will be posted soon. They need a safe, secure home full of love. I have no idea how they would be with dogs but I expect they would be fine with gentle kitties and children over 4 feet high.

They eat wet and dry food and are litterbox perfect.

Their foster mom is Harriet in Santa Cruz.

Contact Harriet at (831) 336-2983 or email: harrietkitty@comcast.net if you have questions, or send an Adoption Application. If you are unable to reach Harriet by phone or email, email us at Info@purebredsplus.org.

NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interest!
